Everything about Hotel Refugium was exceptional, from the moment I arrived tired from long travels and was immediately offered a cold drink. The room was spacious and well laid out. The view from the balcony over the river and the mountains was very relaxing. Breakfast was great with fresh squeezed orange juice and local foods. This is probably the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at.

The views from our suite were amazing from every window, the room was spacious and very clean and comfortable, the staff and management were most attentive and courteous, helpful in every way, food was amazing, well stocked bar, this hotel is a real credit to the beautiful city of Waidhofen Ybbs, highly recommended!!!!!
