It’s too nice, good facilities, very beautiful all rooms having a nice view

The hotel is new, very clean and comfortable with good central location and easy parking underneath the hotel.. The breakfast is great and ok for Gluten free options, loads of choice and all fresh and great quality. Rooms have kettle, fridge and coffee machine- perfect! Suprise treat for birthday was a lovely extra!

Everything was perfect Staff: We were greeted by very friendly staff who was fluent in English. She went the extra mile by cooridinating with the Mondsee tourist information centre to get our Salzkammergut card. She helped us check-in even though we were a few hours early. Because we were early, she wasn't able to show us the hotel and its facilities, but they do offer that when you arrive, a great personal touch not many hotels do. We actually returned to the hotel much later in the evening and we didn't want to bother the staff, who we think was a waiter from the restaurant. The staff that waited during breakfast were fantastic as well. Room/Facilities: With only 8 rooms (5 in the "floor" we're on), it felt very exclusive. Everything still feels very new. The only noise you'll hear from your room is the water on the lake. The room was massive and the bed is similar (if not actually) to a king size bed. The pool and sauna was very nice after a long day of sight seeing. You are able to get into the lake from the sauna facility (you will have to navigate through some stairs). They also have nuts, candy and flavoured water in the hall for you to take throughout the day, great little detail. The breakfast was...wow...the spread was insane. Cold cuts, salmon, all sorts of bread, cake, pastry, yogurt and cereal that you can customize yourself, eggs/bacon/ham/omelette freshly made at your request. Cannot stress how amazing the breakfast was... Ambiance/Vibe: The view of the lake as you enter the hotel was stunning, especially when it's sunny. There is a very chilled and relaxed vibe with this hotel and their restaurant. It didnt feel like it's just a place for you to crash after a long day of sight-seeing. The other thing we very much enjoyed was the fact that most patrons of the hotel and restaurant were german speaking. We felt out of place, in a good way.

we did not know it was a "Singles" hotel but it was fine for my mother and us. People were friendly and staff was lovely and accommodating. Beds were comfortable and views were breathtaking. The forest and field/trail walks were lovely and hiking and swimming were our major pass times as well as visiting with friends. The indoor swimming pool was lovely and the outdoor pond a great plunging pond in September after a hot tub visit. Dinners were exceptional and breakfast is "healthy" with many choices. There is always a vegan/vegetarian option available.

We stop here on our way to relaxe for one night. We just want to have quiet evening wich was perfect. Pool is warm and beautiful relax spot. We probably did not use the full capacity of facilities as there is so much else....

We spent one night in this wellness hotel. Great outdoor pool on the 9 floor, with hot water and view. Very comfortale beds Top 6 breakfast. We will definately come again. Very friendly personal.

The property is really nice - everything here is made with taste and is of high quality. Restaurant at the hotel serves really great food.

Traditional decor, wonderful position with views, fantastic spa with real Austrian sauna and outside hot and cold pools, excellent breakfast. Very good evening meal in Gasthaus.

These unique and lovely gypsy wagons on the very edge of the lake, deliver everything promised for a wonderful stay and more. Everything was spotless and it is evident that a lot of love and care went into the creating and upkeep of these capsules of history. The property itself are lovingly taken care of and the surroundings are breathtakingly beautiful.

What a pleasant surprise after a long drive and last minute booking. Everything was great. Pity the restaurant wasn't open. The breakfast, the spa and the beds were amazing!! Thank you.
