They were always online on Viber for any questions and support we needed. The room is so beautiful and cozy with a nice view to the other side of the hotel with lots of snow. You get a ski locker in the basement of hotel. Parking is secured, Technical support team in the hotel garage assisted with some tools when we had issues with our car. Kids playground room is available for reasonable price (billiard, picado, table tennis, PS4). You can order coffee and food in the room from hotel bar and restaurant. Besides sleeping bed there is also a large sofa which is turned into a comfy bed. Also, in room is a small kitchen with refrigerator, Nespresso machine, electric stove, with dining plates, glasses, frying pan, pot is available. Bakery and little market shop is very close if you need basic groceries. There is a lot of nice restaurants nearby.
