The air-conditioned rooms have work desks, cable TV and tea and coffee makers. Great Family Stay in the Heart of Burgas(2 adult+2children) 2 separate rooms Deluxe King Room & Deluxe Twin Room. We recently stayed at this hotel as a family of four, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with our experience. The hotel is perfectly located on the main street of Burgas, just a 10-minute walk from the sea, which was incredibly convenient for us. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very cozy, providing the perfect space for us to relax after a day of sightseeing. The staff and service were exactly what you would expect from a hotel of this standard—friendly and attentive, making sure our stay was comfortable. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a great variety of options to suit everyone’s tastes. The spa and poo l facilities were also impressive, and we appreciated the long opening hours (from 8:00 AM to 10:30 PM), giving us plenty of time to enjoy them. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and will definitely return to this hotel in the future. As suggestion and recommendation offering complimentary and free parking, as it is a standard service in most hotels of this level (even in Burgas). Additionally, providing a minibar as free or at least bottled drinking water would enhance the guest experience.

Staff speak Bulgarian, German, English and Spanish at the reception. Excellent service, especially given high number of visitors during the season. All areas are clean, variety of food and non alcoholic beverages, I counted 7 pools (one indoor), during the season it was crowded, but possible to find sunbeds near the pool or on the beach (sometimes it took time though). After 11pm it was quiet, maybe we were lucky with neighbours and pool view windows)) Near the hotel bus station, carefour market, pharmacy located. Overall, nice place to have a vacation

Free WiFi is available and private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. I had a truly enjoyable stay at MM Hotel in Burgas and can’t recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and professional. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. The room was modern, spotless, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and great attention to detail. I especially appreciated how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was — perfect for a restful stay. The location is also excellent, within easy reach of the city center, the sea garden, and plenty of cafes and restaurants. Everything, from cleanliness to service, exceeded expectations. I would definitely choose MM Hotel again when visiting Burgas.

The spa and wellness centre at Olive Villas Beach Hotel features a sauna. Olive Villas was fantastic from start to finish. Stayed 2 nights then added 2 more it was so good. Staff was fantastic from check-in forward. Restaurant is good (ate there for 2 dinners plus daily breakfast). Beach service (chairs and towels) were FANTASTIC. Beach good/drink service was also good albeit pricy. Great views from the rooms. Liked that the pool closed at 1900 so that things got quieter in the evenings. We were there in August 2025 and while the resort was essentially full, it never felt overcrowded. Olive Villas is pricey, but worth the money. I would absolutely return - HIGHLY recommended.
