Extremely clean and well maintained property. The swimming pool was clean and equipped with sun loungers. The receptionist Yoana, greeted us upon arrival and ensured we have comfortable stay. The views from the room are exceptional.

We were in Bulgaria in April, so before high-season. Therefore, at least we guess so, like in many other places in Bulgaria before, we were the only guests at Chalet Balkan. Comfy apartment with an incredible view. Everything that we needed was in the room. Good kitchen, a huge terrace, and a view of the mountains. We arrived at late night but everything was fine. The host was extremely helpful and friendly.

The hotel proved to be perfect for me and my friends' needs, The rooms were clean, AC on and working, breakfast buffet alright, pool was a wet dream! Nice people working there, all of them kind and most of them speaking English, easy going. We also had lunch at the hotel's restaurant and it was delicious and A LOT.
