Guestrooms provide free Wi-Fi access and cable TV. This hotel is a way better than 5-start hotel in the same location! It is cleaner, cozy, all is renovated clean and neat, the pool and the spa area are superb and the variety if half board choices at the breakfasts and dinners was very good. Even my child who is a food picker was truly enjoying.

I received a phone call from the guest relations manager one week after returning home. He asked me if I had left anything in the room? They had found €600 that I had left on the top shelf of the wardrobe and they worked out it was me because of the ski passes that were with the cash. This was a massive surprise to hear and the staff went above and beyond to return the money to me. They transferred the money by Western Union and I had it back in a couple of days. Thanks to guest relations manager Yordan and to all his team at Hotel Rila we will hopefully be back again next year.

Villa Sokol is located right in the centre of Borovets, next to the ski slope and the cable car. It features a relax centre and offers free Wi-Fi and free private parking.

We had a great stay at this apartment, It is in a quiet location, inside an hotel, so spa access and meals are optional which is very comfortable. The apartment was well-equipped, perfect for our family with 2 small children, it felt newly renovated and had all the amenities we needed. Communication with the host was excellent. Overall, a very good experience!
