Located in the very centre of the town of Smolyan, the hotel is close to the main cultural landmarks and boasts great views to the mountain. An on-site spa centre is available, featuring a sauna, a hammam and a hot tub. A free indoor pool is provided as well. WiFi is available throughout the property. Free of charge public parking is possible off site upon availability. It was an exceptional weekend for my partner and I as we couldn't find much about the place on any social media platforms and a lot of the reviews online were from years back. When we arrived we instantly recognized that the place was fantastic. From the gate to the room, the staff, the spa, the lobby, restaurant - every single detail was great. Clean, warm, welcoming, cozy, modern. It's a must visit and a must return again!

The hotel features 8 indoor and outdoor swimming pools with mineral water, 2 separate SPA zones, which include spa facilities with free access - sauna park, herbal steam bath, salt room, laconium, kneipp path and area for adults only. Very clean hotel in a quiet location, making for a great night's sleep. Our room was very spacious and nice. The spa facilities were excellent, including indoor and outdoor hot jacuzzies, a sauna, various types of steam baths, multiple pools, one of which is large enough for swimming, a salt room, and more. We were happy with both breakfast and dinner, which offered a wide variety of food. One of our stays was on a Friday, and a live band during dinner added a nice touch to the experience. Highly recommend!
