Located in the very centre of the town of Smolyan, the hotel is close to the main cultural landmarks and boasts great views to the mountain. An on-site spa centre is available, featuring a sauna, a hammam and a hot tub. A free indoor pool is provided as well. WiFi is available throughout the property. Free of charge public parking is possible off site upon availability. It was an exceptional weekend for my partner and I as we couldn't find much about the place on any social media platforms and a lot of the reviews online were from years back. When we arrived we instantly recognized that the place was fantastic. From the gate to the room, the staff, the spa, the lobby, restaurant - every single detail was great. Clean, warm, welcoming, cozy, modern. It's a must visit and a must return again!

The menu was very rich. Staff was very friendly. SPA centre has various facilities and water was hot.

Activities such as cycling, fishing, hiking can be enjoyed in the surroundings, and guests can relax along the beachfront. The aparthotel has a picnic area where you can spend a day out in the open. I liked the view, the tranquility, in the apartment there was a coffee machine, pans and everything needed for preparing food. For breakfast we made coffee from the machine and we had bought some croissants.

Set in Pamporovo and 350 metres away from the nearest ski lift, Sunny Hills Ski&Wellness boasts a barbecue and surcharge wellness centre. It has modern design - Scandinavian minimal and mountain chic, and offers free ski storage, free WiFi and free private parking. The staff. The girl at the reception is very nice and good at her job

Plenty of free parking (in automn). Elevator.Everything went perfect.

Guests can also relax in a garden and enjoy a games room. Very nice location, everything you need is there. Restaurant was good and offered selection of local and also more common dishes so everyone (including kids) found something they liked. Several activities were available, you can go hiking, horseback riding or take a trip to viewpoint and after that mini-spa is available. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Oak Residence Hotel & Relax is located in Smolyan and features a bar and a spa and wellness centre. Providing a restaurant, the property also has a garden, as well as an indoor pool and a sauna. There is a terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Very helpful staff! They attended to on demand changes in our stay in no time. Food was very nice (a bit pricey:) ). The SPA is nice - especially the massages done by Siika. Pool is children friendly.

We had a great stay - nice, clean and comfortable room with everything needed, balcony with a great view, amazing food at the restaurant and friendly staff. 100% recommend!
