It was an exceptional weekend for my partner and I as we couldn't find much about the place on any social media platforms and a lot of the reviews online were from years back. When we arrived we instantly recognized that the place was fantastic. From the gate to the room, the staff, the spa, the lobby, restaurant - every single detail was great. Clean, warm, welcoming, cozy, modern. It's a must visit and a must return again!

Guests can relax in the wellness area, including an indoor pool, a sauna and a hot tub, or in the garden equipped with a children's playground. 3N restaurant was so clean, spacious and well organised. The menu was very rich. Staff was very friendly. SPA centre has various facilities and water was hot.

Activities such as cycling, fishing, hiking can be enjoyed in the surroundings, and guests can relax along the beachfront. The aparthotel has a picnic area where you can spend a day out in the open. I liked the view, the tranquility, in the apartment there was a coffee machine, pans and everything needed for preparing food. For breakfast we made coffee from the machine and we had bought some croissants.

Set in Pamporovo and 350 metres away from the nearest ski lift, Sunny Hills Ski&Wellness boasts a barbecue and surcharge wellness centre. It has modern design - Scandinavian minimal and mountain chic, and offers free ski storage, free WiFi and free private parking. Fantastic! The hotel was more than what we expected and it had everything we needed - cozy warm room (they gave us a bigger double bedroom apartment), nice food and great attitude. The breakfast was good with many options as well as dinner. We planned on eating out a few times but ended up in the hotel's restaurant every evening. The coffee on the lobby bar is great. Each member of the staff was extremely polite throughout our stay. The shuttle option was very very useful so we didn't have to figure out how to get there. Also, big parking behind the hotel. Everything was just great!

The hotel location is very good near the ski center. Room owner is polite. The room is clean. I like this place.

Oak Residence Hotel & Relax is located in Smolyan and features a bar and a spa and wellness centre. Providing a restaurant, the property also has a garden, as well as an indoor pool and a sauna. There is a terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Very helpful staff! They attended to on demand changes in our stay in no time. Food was very nice (a bit pricey:) ). The SPA is nice - especially the massages done by Siika. Pool is children friendly.

Overlooking Shiroka Polyana Lake, Romantika Forest Holiday Village comprises a restaurant serving Bulgarian cuisine and spa facilities at a surcharge including a sauna, steam bath and a hot tub. A kids' playground is also available. A great, quiet place, surrounded by beautiful nature. The villas are comfortable and warm, and the food in the restaurant was prepared perfectly! We look forward to coming back!
