Staff speak Bulgarian, German, English and Spanish at the reception. Excellent service, especially given high number of visitors during the season. All areas are clean, variety of food and non alcoholic beverages, I counted 7 pools (one indoor), during the season it was crowded, but possible to find sunbeds near the pool or on the beach (sometimes it took time though). After 11pm it was quiet, maybe we were lucky with neighbours and pool view windows)) Near the hotel bus station, carefour market, pharmacy located. Overall, nice place to have a vacation

We had an absolutely amazing time at the Wave Resort - Ultra All Inclusive! Our large group of 17, with kids of all ages, had the most incredible vacation. This hotel is a true paradise. The pools are fantastic — there are so many of them and they're perfect for everyone, from the little ones to the adults. We all had a blast. The resort itself is stunning, with beautiful, well-kept grounds that are a pleasure to walk through. Bulgaria is a delightful country with a gorgeous sea and beaches, but what truly impressed us were the kind and wonderful people. The hotel staff were all so lovely, always ready to help and make our stay as comfortable as possible. We left with the fondest memories and are already planning our return! The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed, with a modern yet cozy atmosphere that immediately made us feel at home. The panoramic sea view from our windows was simply breathtaking — every morning felt like waking up in a postcard. The location is perfect: peaceful and quiet, yet just a short walk from the beach and local attractions. The private parking was very convenient, and the check-in process was smooth and welcoming. What truly made our stay exceptional was the warm hospitality of the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed — from quick responses to our questions to thoughtful recommendations for dining and activities in the area. Every interaction was genuine and caring, and we felt like valued guests rather than just visitors. The apartment had everything we could possibly need: a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, high-quality linens, and a living area perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Everything was in perfect working order and clearly well-maintained. We have stayed in many places before, but Rich Collective stands out for its attention to detail, stunning location, and heartfelt service. Great food, friendly entertainers, and exceptionally helpful reception staff. Our daughter forgot her teddy bear in the room, and the staff found it and kindly sent it to our home. The food changed every day having different thematics i.e. Italian Night., Chinese Night... The apartment we rented had a balcony overseeing the sea, and the rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. The staff were extra helpful, and they responded promptly to all our requests. We received a complementary cake and shampagne to celebrate an important event for us. We loved all the outdoor activities organised for adults and children.
