Great service from the staff, including the nice buggy car drivers. The Atrium building is breathtakingly beautiful and grand. The Empire is for sure a place to relax and enjoy your vacation in luxury for an affordable price. Our rooms in the Waterfall building were also immaculate, we enjoyed every second there.

Clean hotel, great location, kind staff, able to get two connected rooms for my family, very good breakfast, like the concept of re-fillable water bottles & availability of water dispenser close to the room…etc.
The room was very nice and clean. The hotel restraunt food as good. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel just had a very relaxed energy around it
Facilities included (washing machine, dryer, cooking stove, big refrigerator). Smooth check in and check out. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Breakfast was 👍🏻.

As the name suggests, the Empire is a luxury hotel. Comfort is key and you feel always pampered.
The rooms are comfortable and very big. WiFi is excellent everywhere. The massage is not to be missed, make sure you book the minute you check in. The property is huge, discovery on bicycles is an option (for a fee).
Aside from the room service, there is an outlet (zest) that offers 24hrs quick bites.
