Location was perfect, inside the airport. If you want to visit downtown, then the skytrain station is nearby. I stayed at Vancouver for layover of 20 hours; so the hotel was the best choice!

The breakfast was fresh, made to order, and well presented. The spa massage was just what I needed after the long drive. Michelle and Alfonso are wonderful hosts, we will stay again.

The people were very nice and helpful! We got good help with every question about renting a car or a bike (which is for free at the hotel) and also getting some tea water for our bottles for the day. The Receptionists were very friendly, especially Nada who was working with us every day of our stay. We got complementary water, tea and coffee pots every day.
