Good location, spacious rooms, hot tub/sauna, underground parking. Quiet. Comfortable beds. Sunshine ski shuttle stop outside hotel. Nice.

Friendly staff. Really nice decor and vibe. Good variety of options for breakfast. The evening smores were a big hit! Lovely to relax in the hot tubs after a busy days.

That they had the hot tubs and a fire pit with free s’mores. The facilities were well maintained and clean even with the accommodation being fully booked. Our room was spacious and cleaned each day. The free breakfast included things like: eggs,sausages, pancakes, fruit, yogurt ect Location was 15 mins walk from town, or a free shuttle was 3 mins

The layout was great, especially the hot tubs and sauna in the courtyard, which was easily reached from any room. Free lockers dlfor ski gear was also appreciated. The breakfast was first rate.

Beautiful hotel in a good location. We didn't have a car so 15 minutes walk to town, but daily free shuttle to Lake Louise was next door, so very handy, and it was easy and convenient to leave our skis locked in the carpark. The room was spacious and clean, beds were very comfortable. Nice big spa pool with sauna and steam room. Restaurant was good for dinner, but we didn't realise they also offered breakfast so we missed out trying that, perhaps it's not open all the time.

The rooms were clean and nice. The outdoor area is amazing- heated stone tiles, 2 hot tubs, cold plunge, sauna. They provided board games & s’more ingredients. Good buffet breakfast. We stayed on a Sunday night and it was a very good rate for what we got.

The complimentary breakfast was very good, and the staff there were always so attentive and welcoming. My room was very nice and clean; I was traveling alone but felt safe. Location was perfect, it was just on the edge of the downtown so it was quiet while not being to far a walk from the main part of town. The hot tub and sauna were also so great and easy to use to relax!

Loved having the patio there and being on the first floor, the two hot tubs outside were wonderful a great way to relax, the Xmas decor was inviting and nice. The breakfast was amazing with lots of selection available staff at the hotel were exceptional in service , were helpful with anything if needed having the Cafe right there was also convenient, we had the hot chocolate and it was really good, REAL coco. We will definitely stay here again one day.
