The service at breakfast are excellent shout out to maggie who is always helpful and smiling we love her! most people at breakfast are really nice. The spa is amazing and staff at the spa has excellent service too. Lara at reception is great.

The hotel is 600 metres from the First Cable Car Station and lies 100m above the centre of Grindelwald. Its rooms and sun terrace have magnificent views of the surrounding scenery. It also features a unique spa area in the goats' stable. The location is really good. Though it’s not near the train station, it’s only 20min walk or 15min ride with the free bus service given by the hotel. The view of the hotel, I would say, it’s much better than those next to the train station and the main road - simply choose rooms with mountain views. The staff members are all very friendly and helpful. And the facilities are great with no complaints.

The location is perfect: not exactly in the center, but is quite and picturesque, only a few minutes walk to the center, and in the best position in Gstaad regarding the view to the mountains. The Deluxe Suite is spacious, it has a very big balcony with wonderful view to the mountains (Wispile). The breakfast was delicious and varied, the room was clean, and the staff very helpful and polite. So, everything was perfect to spend some memorable days in Gstaad!
