The staff accommodated all of our special requests. The accommodation cost included ski equipment hire from the shop across the road. Excellent restaurant on site. Lovely room. Friendly staff.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the incredibly kind and helpful owner, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was smooth and enjoyable. When I lost my way while using public transportation, they promptly came to my rescue and personally guided me to the hotel. One of the standout features of this hotel is undoubtedly the breathtaking views it offers. Whether it's from the Panorama Boutique Hotel itself or from the Solbad hotel restaurant where I had my breakfast and dinner, the vistas were simply stunning. I couldn't help but be captivated by the beauty that surrounded me. The hotel also grants guests access to the Solbad spa, which boasts excellent facilities and equally remarkable views. It was the perfect place to unwind and relax after a day of exploring the area. The cleanliness of both the apartment and the spa was impeccable, and the staff's attentiveness and helpfulness added an extra touch of luxury to my stay. Speaking of food, the quality of the meals at the Solbad hotel was exceptional. As it shares the same owner as the Panorama Boutique Apartment, it's no surprise that the culinary experience was top-notch. Every bite was a delight, and the ambiance of the restaurant only enhanced the overall dining experience. Check-in and check-out procedures were quick and hassle-free, allowing me to start my stay without delay and leave with fond memories. Privacy was also highly valued, ensuring a peaceful and tranquil environment, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the splendid views. The location of the Panorama Boutique Apartment couldn't be more ideal for exploring the numerous tourist attractions around Lake Thun.

Staying in a chateux was fantastic even thought the interior was modern. Staff was very kind and helpfull. The room and toilette were clean. Breakfast was perfect.

A stunning hotel with spotless rooms and crisp, fresh sheets. The staff is incredibly polite and welcoming. The on-site restaurant serves an absolutely delicious dinner, and the breakfasts are excellent. The view from the room is worth a million dollars — you could just sit on the balcony for hours and never want to leave

We couldn't fault this place. The beds were so comfortable, the spa absolutely perfect and the dinner and breakfast two of the best meals we'd had in a long time. On top of that the staff were outstanding and couldn't do enough for us. It was raining heavily when we arrived so we were given complimentary teas before being taken to our room (as it was an outdoor route and that way we could wait until the rain had stopped). Robert and Ute on Reception and Peter in the Restaurant were amazing, though all the staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient. This place is a little slice of magical luxury and we highly recommend it as somewhere lovely to treat yourself - and it's not even that expensive by Swiss standards, considering what you get for your money. We only stayed one night but felt so well-looked after and relaxed that it felt like much longer.

Breakfast was a highlight! Loved the spread of fruits, meats, cheeses, breads, and omelette station. We enjoyed the spa one evening. We loved the location. Made it easy to get to other towns and was less touristy than Lauterbrunnen.

Amazing staff, always ready to help and keep smiling. Would love to go back again, just because of rhe place, the hotel and the staff!! The breakfast was in general good, but I usually get bored of eating the same stuff everyday. So a bit of variety to add will be a bonus.
