It also features a unique spa area in the goats' stable. Incredible mountain views, exceptional staff, and an unforgettable and delicious Swiss-quality breakfast. The staff was very kind to my children.

Our guests are more than welcome to take advantage of the wellness and pool on the day of arrival (before check-in time) and departure (after check-out time). On request and for an extra charge, massages can be organised, as well. Good location. 4-5mins walk from station. And it's great they arrange the delivery to station when we check-out! Nice and warm two bedroom unit. And my husband really enjoyed the spa especially after skiing. Nice breakfast! They have a laundry room provide washer and dryer which we can use for free. It's very convenient.

Situated close to the ski lifts in Zermatt, Alpen Resort & Spa features a restaurant, and spacious rooms with cable TV. WiFi in the entire building and transport from Zermatt Train Station from 07:00 o'clock to 21:00 o'clock are both offered for free. There is also an outdoor tennis court on site . We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, the location is convenient and close to the train station, and the free shuttle to the hotel was a big plus. The spa and the breakfast were excellent as well, and the view of the mountains was absolutely stunning.

Very comfortable hotel as a base in Zermatt. Exceptionally clean hotel.

The garden features sun terraces, a play area and the summer restaurant "Grotto al Sasso", serving traditional Ticino cuisine. Big and comfortable room with an amazing view. The staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were great, very tasty.

Centrally located in Zermatt, 300 metres from the train station, Hotel Walliserhof Zermatt is built in typical Valais chalet style and offers a spa area with sauna and a hot tub. Free WiFi is available in all areas. Excellent location just near the train station; very spacious rooms compared to other swiss hotels; even has a small balcony with partial matterhorn view. This is a really great value cozy hotel in zermatt.
