For an additional charge, guests can enjoy the public thermal bath and spa, comprising different swimming pools, a wellness area and a steam bath. breakfast was awesome. the meal to get you through the whole day. stuff was so nice and helpful, room was ready before the check-in time (so I could check-in earlier). interior is amazing, I was mesmerized by everything. staff helped me with everything that I asked, and were so polite. I really felt like at home.

This is a beautifully designed hotel featuring very modernly furnished rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds. We particularly enjoyed the great balcony that overlooked the lake. The indoor pool was a lovely amenity, although a touch cool for spring swimming. The outdoor jacuzzi, however, was excellent. Breakfast was a definite highlight, offering a wide and impressive variety of both cold and hot dishes, including some interesting special menu items. We also had a great dinner experience at the Saltz restaurant. A special mention must go to the concierge, who was incredibly helpful in securing tickets for the chocolate museum tour for us, even after we found it fully booked online.

Specific prices can be obtained at the reception. The hotel is situated in a beautiful building and it is very nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. All products used are of extremely high quality (soap, food). There is a spa in the hotel which one can book. The location is fabulous - just 1 minute walk from the lake and a short tram ride from the center. But the best is the super friendly staff :)!

It was also very touching to see the amazing staff and the heart that they showed to the elder residents who live there.

The aparthotel features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. We stay here always whenever we are in Zurich - great place to be!

The hotel is only reachable by train and the ride takes 21 minutes from the Zurich Main Station. Very nice hotel. Breakfast was delicious.
