Greeting guests with its beautiful lobby chimney, this hotel offers accommodations on the shores of Villarrica Lake. The location is fabulous, including a nice spa and lots of common areas, including a pool room and indoor (as well as outdoor) pool for rainy days. But most surprising for an hotel of this size is the quality of the food. After our first night, we did not bother to go out and drive after darkness and had our four dinners there, to our outmost pleasure (and many thanks to the Chef!). Also worth noting is the kindness and efficiency of the staff allover, with gold medal to the smiley and very efficient Josephine at the reception. We stayed 4 days and wish we would have stayed more, well informed for activities by the dedicated and enthusiast guides at the tourist desk in the lobby. Congratulations to all the team and beautiful Chili (offering fabulous sceneries) that deserves much more international tourists. Pucon is definitively the place to go for outdoor activities.

Offrant une vue sur la montagne, l’établissement Tiny & Big House Suite Los Mallines de Malalcahuello vous accueille à Malalcahuello. Really nice cabins and very friendly staff! Whe stayed here one night during our roadtrip heading North and used it as a base to explore vulcanic grounds surrounding crater navidad. Everything was available and clean. Really liked having breakfast at the veranda.

À recommander (4km de route un peu ingrate pour arriver mais le confort et l’avccueil sur place effacent ce détail !)

The breakfast was amazing and had products from the local producers on the area. Very delicious and the spot to was beautiful, with a nice view to the whole emplacement.

Situé à Pucón, l’hébergement Parque Pinares 2 dormitorios propose une piscine extérieure ouverte en saison, un sauna et un bain à remous. The hosts were lovely and very helpful, gave some great recommendations of where to go and eat. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed and then the facilities on site were fantastic, especially for the kids. Wish we could have stayed longer!
