We loved relaxing by the fire pit with a glass of wine at night and waking up to a fresh & extensive breakfast spread. The quality of nearby restaurants varies pretty widely, so it was nice to have the dinner option in the hotel as well. The unique, Gaudi-inspired design of the property was gorgeous, but it was the gardens that really blew me away. I recommend joining the free guided hike, but note that it takes 2 1/2 to 3 hours if you need to check out that day. While short, parts were strenuous & it is in Spanish. The area caters to local travelers but was one of our favorite stops in our 2 week trip around central & northern Chile. The hotel is about 1 1/2 hours from the hot springs, which was a stunning & slightly terrifying drive.

Pablo and Maria could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The cabins are so cute and cozy and the grounds and surrounding area are beautiful.
