This was one of the best hotels I ever visited. It has a unique enterieur with a lot of history that they perfectly preserved. The location close to the lake gives you an impressive view from the room we had and the bar and restaurant were breathtaking with a big fire in the cheminee. I haven't seen anything with such an atmosphere before

The apartment is modern, clean and cosy. Staff were very friendly and available via WhatsApp if you have any questions. Although the staff didn’t speak English we communicated through WhatsApp and Google translate. Owner’s dogs are very friendly too on entry to the front yard. Bedding, towels, tea, coffee and toiletries were in the apartment. Punta Arenas is a great city, having European and American influences. There are plenty of places to shop, including duty free shops in the shopping malls. I was visiting family but I felt safe walking around on my own. The people are friendly in cafes, restaurants and shops with some staff speaking limited English.

It is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The service ispe impeccable. . The host and the guide are friendly and knowledgeable, also including good food, good views, and good itineraries. Basically, it's everything you need during the low season. We are thankful for everything that we experienced here.

Everything. Mesmerizing property, amazing location, mostly nice food, the pools, lovely personnel, the manager is always on site and super kind, the excursions are great and the rangers are very very good and fun. Very good property close to all the restaurants. The rooms were small but comfortable. The staff is what makes this hotel the best place to be at. They were not only very nice and welcoming. They went all their way out to help me. I really recommend this hotel.

The food was delicious and a must try even if you are not staying in the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, they even taught me how to prepare a mate properly. The facilities were great and the room comfortable. I find it a good price/quality ratio as we are in a very remote area.
