My family and I had a great stay at this hotel in Guangzhou! The location is perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. Our rooms were very clean, quiet, and super comfortable. Everything felt fresh and well taken care of. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend it

Zimmer sehr komfortabel. Frühstück auch Interkontinental. Grosses langes Schwimmbad, abgeteilt für langsame und schnelle Schwimmer!

This wasn't our first stay in the hotel. The location is great - a stone-throw away from the Guangzhou South Railway Station, and 20mins ride from the ancient city of Foshan. Our trip coincided with a heatwave with temperature reaching 39C, so the indoor pool was a very welcomed facility. Special shout-out to Xana and her colleagues for the impeccable service. Upon check-out they gave us a box filled with local fruits, which served us well for our train ride back to Hong Kong.

I stayed there for a week. Super clean and lovely ammenities. The customer service there was the BEST I have ever seen! I stayed in the loft and was there for work but we had a mid-week birthday party with about 15 friends and DJ's and crates of drinks. We had a noise complaint (because there was a baby next door which we didnt know about), so we were totally ready to stop the party, but they called again and instead of telling us to stop the party, they asked us if we wanted to change rooms instead, so they moved us to a room with no one around us, so that we can turn the music up. The staff accommodated this knowing full well we were having a party and did not judge us for partying. They helped us bring crates of drinks up, the DJ decks, and bought us their glassware! We couldn't believe it because any other hotel probably would have told us to stop. Absolutely insane service. This is not to promote partying, please don't do this :) It was just to show how much they care about their customers. The cleaning lady and one of the staff Jack deserves a RAISE! Throughout the week, they gave us complimentary fruit and dessert daily and asked us if we needed anything else. Deliveries are sent to your room so you don't need to go down. The loft is really great for working, it has a really long table. I also stayed in the premier suite which is very big but the table is smaller than the loft, so for working, the loft is great. I have stayed in all the luxury hotels in GZ and this is by far the best for customer service. I was at another hotel before this (the tallest hotel in GZ beginning with R...) and R's customer service was awful and did not treat their customers with respect. Long story short, I came home at 2am from their bar and they ID'd me and didn't believe I was staying in the hotel, I was already there for 4 days and they couldn't remember me and even ID'd me when I had my room key.

Die Zimmer sind sehr luxuriös und übertreffen den weltweiten Standard von anderen 5-Sterne Hotels. Die Zimmer sind zudem sehr groß und die Qualität der Einrichtung ist top-notch. Das Frühstücks-Buffet hat von frischen Säften, über eine Nudelküche, über ein indisches Buffet, über eine Bäckerei, über warme u. kalte Speisen aus allen Ecken der Welt. Ich reise viel und bin oft in 5-Sterne Hotels aber dieses Hotel hat mich wirklich von den Socken gehauen! Auch die Sauna & Dampfbad sind super! Nicht so muffig wie in vielen anderen chinesischen Hotels.
