Our three-day stay at this place was fantastic. Steven and Frank helped us with everything we needed. They helped us get tickets for the city's attractions, and they sent a car to pick us up at the train station. The human quality, beyond the accommodation, is something that should be highlighted. On the other hand, the hotel is very nice, with decent rooms—spacious and very functional for a city stay. It's about 15-20 minutes from one of the park's entrances, which, if you get the right ticket, makes it much easier to access on foot. I would definitely stay here again. The staff contacted us in advance to arrange airport pickup and helped plan our itinerary, including booking tickets—everything was hassle-free. Special shout-out to Wendy​ for her professionalism and warm assistance throughout our trip! Breakfast had a good variety of Western and local options, perfect for international guests. The hotel’s quiet environment made it a relaxing retreat after busy days of exploring. The real standout was their service: arranged a hotel car to collect us from the station and provided dedicated transfers to the local sights. Staff called right after booking to organise our travel and even helped plan our itinerary - extremely professional and helpful. Proper job, highly recommend!
