I enjoyed the espresso machine in my room the extremely comfortable bed and the small details. The staff was friendly and helpfull to make my stay even more pleasant. Spa and pool are marvelous. The breakfast has an amazing variety and is very delicious.

I liked the style of the hotel and the decoration of the common spaces which included artwork and sculptures linked to the history of the city. It felt very “culturally immersive”. Breakfast was my favorite part, personally I’ve never seen such variety of dishes in a hotel breakfast buffet.

Hiking is among the activities that guests can enjoy near W XIAN Hotel. The cleaning ladies were all super friendly and even went to the extra effort of tidying up our room (eg rolling up our charger cord, putting our toiletries neatly on the counter, tucking the kids toys in the bed, even providing a laundry rack to dry our hand washed clothes for us all without us having to ask for this).
