The Shanghai EDITION, is a unique and innovative hotel concept that is authentic, modern and personalized. This next generation urban luxury retreat is not merely a hotel, but an elegantly designed, intricately interlinked complex of structures, spaces, and settings that together offer a new kind of environment. An oasis of relaxed entertainment and comfort at the heart of one of the world’s most populous cities, The Shanghai EDITION’s style is naturally tailored to its guests’ needs and desires all under one roof. It encompasses a radical, living elegance that resonates with all generations. Invisible design done with honesty and conviction. The Shanghai EDITION is located at the northeast corner of Nanjing Road East and Henan Road in Puxi, West of Huangpu River on The Bund. Located at the core of the Bund Historical and Cultural Landscape Area, it is the origin of Shanghai's reputation as "a global architecture exposition". Its heritage buildings, many of them in the Beaux Arts style, date from 1920 to 1936, as the Bund developed into a major financial centre of Asia. The hotel offered a luxurious sophisticated experience but was also refined and elegant. We loved our room’s styling, the super comfortable beds and the glorious round bath. The Roof Bar on 29/f had amazing views, we loved the delicious dishes in the Cantonese restaurant and the Lobby Bar had wow factor and great cocktails.

Bellagio Shanghai is the first Bellagio Hotel in China and the second in the world succeeding its sister hotel, Bellagio Las Vegas. Situated in Shanghai in the Shanghai Area Region, 1.3 km from Oriental Pearl Tower, Bellagio Shanghai boasts a spa centre and sauna. The hotel has a fitness centre and indoor pool, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant. Guests can enjoy welcome fruits upon arrival. The hotel is super comfortable, it is already the third or fourth time I stay there. The housekeeping is very careful and changes towels everyday, as well as they always offer us bottled water everynight. I think this makes the difference. The location is awesome and our room had the view of the bund, which was perfect. At the same time it is far away from the buzzing and traffic jam area. Also the size of the room is very spacious, and 3 people can stay comfortably. They have LAGO restaurant, which is Italian and has amazing views of the Bund. In room service is also very good. They have black cod in both restaurant and room-service, which is my favorite fish. To finish, I think the hotel has a very good value for money.
