Amazing hotel and staff. Has everything you need and the Suite is just exquisite. Very quick service when needed. Received an upgrade to accommodate our needs which was very appreciated.

The property features an indoor swimming pool which makes a refreshing haven. The Iridium Spa and Athletic Club offer indulgent treatments, a sauna, and yoga and fitness classes. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was welcoming and very sweet, especially Jolin, who was our designated butler. She was attentive and was ready to help us whenever we needed anything. The hotel room was big, comfortable and full of amenities, and the views were spectacular. We also enjoyed the morning breakfast, which catered to all different tastes and dietary requirements, offering a wide variety of options (the pancakes were one of the best I've ever had).

Situated in Shanghai in the Shanghai Area Region, 1.3 km from Oriental Pearl Tower, Bellagio Shanghai boasts a spa centre and sauna. The hotel has a fitness centre and indoor pool, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant. Guests can enjoy welcome fruits upon arrival. There was always one English -speaking staff at reception. We were so nicely upgraded to the Pearl Tower view, it's not the hub of the CBD but in a nice location for long walks, absolutely loved the room, the bathroom facilities and auto-bidet!!! Wow! Loved the tea selections (first time having Longjing tea), no one smoked within the hotel, it was kept clean and maintained. Housekeeping staff work very hard (clean 3 times a day!), and very friendly and always wanted to make your stay comfortable. The gym and swimming pool level had a cool complimentary BMI calculator.

Innovative in design, 5,800 square metre of function space, including the 2,050 square metre Great Room and 12 function rooms illuminated in natural light, ensures extraordinary meetings experience. I had a wonderful birthday at W hotel with my family. Our rooms are with stunning bund view. The staffs are helpful and kind. Check-in and checkout went very smooth. We will definitely come back!
