Food is excellent, definitely the best I had in Palomino. Room was in top condition with very good air conditioning. The pool area is also lovely. This is the best accommodation I stayed in during my time in Colombia. Access to and from was extremely convenient, especially when you book through their partner transport company - SMR Travel. We had a wonderful time at Coconuco Beach Resort. It is a quiet oasis just 10 minutes walking distance outside of buzzing Palomino. We really had a great and relaxing time. Having the possibility of breakfast at the hotel next door was very nice. The pool is quite big and we barely left the place some days. There are some electricity cuts which made it a bit difficult with the heat couple nights but that is Palomino problem rather than the hotel.

Certain units have a seating area to relax in after a busy day. Certain rooms feature views of the garden or city. Everything! The best hostel in Colombia untill now. Clean, fresh mango raining everywhere, beds extremely comfortable and separated one from eachother, plenty of space, every bed with it's own fan and plug, common area super nice, guys working there super nice, breakfast of choice and delicious. And the price for all this is incredible. Hope to be back!

Two big pools with stunning views, cleaned on a daily basis. Great staff, very helpful, even though they do not speak english. Not a big problem. Basic spanish will get you everything done. Huge room with spacious closet. Perfect 'private' beach. Only 10-15 minutes walk by beach to town/redtaurants. Sound of waves and birds makes it realy chill place. Loved it!!!
