NetherlandsEverything in this hotel is top! It's brand new and it's clean. The furniture in the lobby and bar is so vintage, yet cozy. The rooms are spacious with big balconies. The breakfast buffet has everything you could wish for, so many choices. And the pool and spa area is enormous. With 13 jacuzzis, 5 saunas and a kids aqua play, there is enough to do for everyone. The playground has monkey bars, slides and even PlayStations.

I liked the fact that even if the weather is not perfect for a walk you can spend your day at the hotel SPA area were saunas and pool are amazing. It is very spacious. Highly recommended ! Especially if you like hiking.

We absolutely loved it. The room was super nice and very clean, food very good, very friendly and helpful staff, location is perfect (like 9 min away by car from the alpine coaster and 5 min from the Banffy pool and SPA), it offers plenty of facilities (hot tub (ciubar), sauna, sunbeds, hammocks). Breakfast was very tasty and with plenty of options. We’ve got advice from the staff with what to do in the area. We went there only for a weekend, but we sorry we did not book more days.

Incredible breakfast with wide variety of food - fruit, breads, vegetables, meat, fish, freshly cooked omelettes to your specifications, desserts. A truly wonderful selection of delicious food.
Lovely swimming pool with hot tub, steam room and sauna and plenty of space to relax.
Children's play area indoor and out. Table tennis table.
Lovely hotel and really friendly, helpful staff.

If you have never stayed at a castle, this is a must try for a short stay. We stayed one night at the hotel , located within a castle. It has a nice position, atmosphere. You can find free and secure parking, good food and breakfast. What I loved though is the spa area. They have a small pool, jacuzzi, 2 saunas/ cold water basin and relaxation area.

The rooms and the decor felt outdated, but the room was quite large and comfortable.
Breakfast was fantastic - great choice, large variety, fresh fruit and smoothies, loved it!

The hotel is in an amazing location - in the middle of the mountains. The views from the windows are beautiful. The rooms are new and very nice. The breakfasts are good, but each day we had to ask about some food which was lacking eg. yoghurt, etc. The spa area is simple, but ok: yacuzzi, 2 saunas and relaxation area with the mountain view. The wifi was very good. The transfer from the down parking was very good organized.

This is the hotel to stay in if you go to Poiana Brașov! We can’t wait to return. It’s elegant and has a relaxed vibe, the staff are very friendly and helpful, there is plenty of choice at breakfast and the spa is a great spot to relax. We had the opportunity to see different rooms on another occasion and we thought that they all looked beautiful. This time we were lucky to receive an upgrade and stayed in a very beautiful suite (number 601) with wonderful views, a sauna and balconies on both levels. We will definitely return to this hotel.

Our stay at Carpentiere arena was amazing, very comfortable and with a gorgeous view and super nice atmosphere. The accommodation is very clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
We loved their food menu from breakfast to dinner and desert of course, they also support small local businesses and buy local groceries.
My husband and baby were very excited about the sauna and hot tub too 🤍.
We will definitely make a habit of visiting Carpentiere arena.
