The room is modern with great lightning, sometimes rooms in hotels are quite dark and not all areas are visible at night, that's not the case for this hotel, everything is fine here.

The location is pristine - removed from the busiest areas but still conveniently close to the old town, with Uber rides costing only 5-7 euros each way. The staff is exceptionally kind and makes you feel genuinely welcome. ​A few highlights stood out: the beds are extremely comfortable, and the hotel offers Thai massages at very competitive pricing (around 50€ for 60 minutes). Furthermore, the breakfast was one of the best I've experienced. The sheer amount of choice ensures there is something for everyone, and the attentive waiters constantly refill water glasses and keep tables clean.

The exclusive Spa Kings Court includes a small pool, a Finnish sauna and a steam bath. Soothing massages can be booked on request and fitness facilities are available free of charge. All rooms include complimentary luxury L'Occitane toiletries. This hotel exceeded our expectations. Staff was very polite and after we requested to change our room, they promptly respond to our request and we got another room.

Our stay at The Grand Mark Hotel was truly exceptional from start to finish. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Old Town, yet quiet and peaceful. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had, with a wide variety of high-quality options, including gluten-free choices. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the stunning private garden, where you can relax among the greenery and even spot a few elegant peacocks wandering around. It added a magical touch to the whole experience. We also had a very pleasant and relaxing experience at the hotel spa—it was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the city. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Absolutely five stars. We’ll definitely be back

Located next to the Vysocanska Metro Station, Clarion Congress Hotel Prague boasts a shopping mall on site. The wellness and fitness facilities can be used free of charge during certain times of the day. The property offered multiple amenities. Full breakfast, additional dining within walking distance, and a welcoming lounge area within the lobby. We did have a reservation mix up, to no fault of the hotel and they went above & beyond to resolve it.
