Berghotel Mummelsee offers 3-star accommodation with a sauna and spa centre. Guests at the accommodation will be able to enjoy activities in and around Seebach, like hiking and skiing. Our third stay here. It is very charming and an extremely cozy hotel nestled in the Black Forest. Service is great, everyone is extremely nice and helpful. Spa area is perfect, not big nor crowded. We also noticed more vegan,/ vegetarian options on the menu this year. We will be back again next year for the holidays.

Every day the view from our balcony looked more beautiful. We were lucky to have stayed a week in November when it was bright sunshine so we were able to take advantage of the beautiful surroundings. Cycling is so easy as the hotel really is in the middle of the forest but glad we had e-bikes as steep slopes all around. The bridge directly into the forest was an instant immersion into to Schwarzwald. We also took advantage of the wellness program and did qi-jong in the fresh air and reminded ourselves to slow down and breathe! The food was delicious and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Big shout out to our waitress Anna too.
