The hotel is beautiful and in the perfect location for visiting Neuschwanstein Castle. We had a suite with a wonderful view of the castle. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent underground parking garage.

The room was very nice, it had a lovely alpine style and it was very light, 2 windows and a door to the balcony. The view was really amazing, we could see the lake and mountains. Nice walks to be made from the hotel. Next to the hotel on walking distance there is a lovely biological farm with happy cows and chickens, where we could buy biological eggs. We loved observing these lovely cows, who could walk outside whenever they felt like it. The atmoshere in the dining hall was also pleasant. And the breakfast was very good. A nice range of choices, also for us vegetarians. Dinner for vegetarians was great. Not much choice, only 2 options, this could be improved of course, but both dishes were very good. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

I loved the location in Frickenhausen, a beautiful, German medieval walled town, in the heart of a vibrant wine area. The hotel itself was stunning, a really warm and welcoming atmosphere, with beautiful features, wonderful wine, and food. The room was really cosy, with a very comfortable bed and its own balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the decorations were very interesting!
