Everything was nice, from the way we were greeted to the comfort of the surroundings. Overall, it was a lovely visit, and I truly appreciated the hospitality and the cozy environment. I would definitely recommend this place.

Very nice, warm hotel (there were 7 degrees) cosy and great view. Friendly and prompt staff. Very good breakfast in an elegant room. I enjoyed a lot my stay despite the winter weather in September. Breakfasts and dinners were a top-class, the afternoon snacks also provided a great choice for hungry hikers. The wellness area is stylishly and comfortably equipped. An extra bonus were a lot of accessories for our dog - a dog pillow, bowl, snack and even more welcoming surprises made this stay unforgettable. Many thanks.

However, my bet is that you will be even harder pressed to find a match to the ever present host Peter, no matter where you look. He and his crew takes such great pride in your stay being perfect, in a way I have not met anywhere else. The perfect combination of personnal and professional. My only hesitation when recommending Alpenglühn, is the fact that I would like to keep it a secret, to make sure there will still be room for me…
