This is our second visit over the past 12 months and the hotel is only getting better - great management and colleagues running this hotel.

Room was large, tastefully decorated with cute little balcony overlooking some of the roofs of old Skagen. Breakfast was excellent - good selection of a la carte items along with a delicious buffet and freshly baked breads and pastries. Their omelette was cooked to perfection. Lounge area by reception was a perfect 'hyggelig" area for guests to relax with a drink, read, play cards or chess. Had delicious Moules Frites for dinner in their vibrant Brasserie restaurant. Would definitely come back to this hotel.

The wine bar is closed on Sundays and local Bank holidays. Very charming family run hotel. Excellent and friendly service. Great breakfast. Very cosy and charming wine bar where they served delicious tapas. Susana, the owner, is very helpful and gives great tips on what to do, where to eat etc. Loved it!

Best Western Herman Bang's central location provides easy access to Frederikshavn's many shops and restaurants. Private parking spaces are found behind the hotel. Great location in the high street near to the ferry and train . Room was perfect for me as a sole traveller and good value for money. Breakfast was limitless and wide range of choices. Staff were all friendly and thankfully happy to speak English. Definitely would will stay again.

What a cute and comfortable guest house in the heart of Skagen. Delicious breakfast, then biking around this port town was so enjoyable. Riding up to the lighthouse, walking along the beach, visiting the landmarks, and eating at great restaurants! The host, Neils, was so nice and helpful. Really a wonderful place to stay!
