We booked a standard family room but we were upgraded to a Junior suite which was surprising and satisfying! The hotel is located in a very quiet area near to a canal. You can access the most of landmarks on foot. We loved the stay in Scandic Sectrum.

Very nice hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, good water pressure in the shower, varied breakfast. Location is great, close to the airport, but no noise is audible. Metro stop with direct line to the city center in close proximity. Varied breakfast, not too crowded. We especially liked spa zone. It was just wonderful!

Loved the location, and super cozy room! We also got larger room than booked. Super nice staff at the reception. Additionally, I unexpectedly needed a sewing kit, and luckily it was available at the reception.

It looks amazing. Staff is very accommodating, quick to respond to your needs and unpretentious. Comfortable beds, nice rooms. The pool area is something else it just looks like you're somewhere exotic and not downtown Copenhagen. Spa is so good, I especially liked the sauna and went 2 times in 3 days. Amazing breakfast and wish I had been hungrier so I could have eaten more of it 😋 The Eco Essentials line that they provide as hygiene supplies in the rooms and at the spa is the best I've ever encountered at a hotel. I'm seriously considering buying some to keep at home. Overall, the best hotel stay and experience I've ever had. It is on my bucket list to come back and bring my husband with me 🤩 Thank you and I hopefully will be back.
