Staff are really nice and reception always available to help. The animation team is fun and engafing, with activities at all times. There are also many restaurants for all the tastes. SUNRISE Posh Club is a luxury boutique product of the international hotel brand SUNRISE Resorts & Cruises. The Posh Club offers high-level services and experiences to its guests. Super clean and modern, the most friendly and helpful staff. We upgraded to a swim up suite and it was the best decision, especially having the people at the posh club take care of us.

The variety of restaurants and cuisines is impressive and caters for all needs and tastes. The breakfast and dinner buffet at the main restaurant had a spectacular variety of food options.

I consider myself a relatively picky person, so when I say that this was easily one of the best resort experiences I've had, I think that really says a lot. This was my first time at an all-inclusive resort, and the staff were incredibly polite, professional, and thoughtful. The room was very spacious, cleaned daily, and our room cleaner always left cute little designs on the beds which I thought added a thoughtful touch. Also the beds were suuuuper comfortable, especially the pillows which says a lot because I'm someone who never uses pillows because I can never find any that are comfy for me and the way that I sleep. I think they also offered like a pillow menu so they could bring you one that best worked for you. There were a variety of food options (I think honestly the Beach Bar restaurant had the best lunch, we went there literally every single day. We also may have developed an addiction to the spicy margaritas lol). The resort itself is very well maintained and absolutely beautiful. There are a series of other resorts next to Alaya and I really felt like we made the best decision in picking this one. It's also easy walking to both the coral and the regular beach. They had events every afternoon and evening so there was always a little something to do for everyone. Overall a great experience and I definitely will be going back!

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The management, staff, espicially Mr. Hanna, was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering a fantastic view of the sea. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, from variety of resturenets to the beachs, pools and the green open areas. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I can't wait to return. Thanks to the management, staff and Mr. Hanna for making it so special. Highly recommended!
