Our spacious and comfortable rooms are nicely furnished with all modern facilities and Spa. The property was AMAZING! I am so glad we found this place, it was the perfect place to come to after a busy couple of days in Cairo ☺️ We loved everything. The food was delicious, the whole place was super clean, and the staff were so kind and helpful. Our room was also upgraded which was a real treat! The bed was comfy and the room was very spacious. Our veranda was overlooking the Nile River so we got to see an amazing sunset. There are also shops on site which were perfect as we did not have time to go into town to do any shopping. I bought perfumed and oils and the lovely shopkeeper was so helpful. If we are ever able to come back to Aswan we will definitely stay here again. The staff was fantastic; I want to specially congratulate three of them: Rawan (who welcomed me to the hotel and was exceptionally attentive throughout my stay), Dina (who was extremely helpful and caring as I made my way through Aswan, booking convenient transportation and securing a phenomenal exchange rate for my currency) and Zahra (who was very kind and showed me the whole gym and Spa facilities); as well as the health clinic manager who was very warm and informative about the available treatments. Definitely recommended the Resort for corporate events or a pampering wellness retreat.
