Languages spoken at the 24-hour front desk include English and Spanish. I booked the junior suite for my parents to celebrate my mother's birthday. They had a wonderful time. The facilities were excellent and the staff were very friendly. The pool and spa services were great, My parents enjoyed their massage/face treatments. The hotel has historical parts from the old factory, giving it a nice atmosphere. Nicely decorated, with great views and above all the staff service was incredible and made my parents feel special. So thank you and totally recommend it.

An indoor play area is also available for guests at Casa Rural SPA El Rincón de Palmacio. The Owners were lovely, friendly and willing to please. Vegetarian, dairy-free and vegan options can also be requested. What I liked most was the tranquility of the place, it was incredibly peaceful and perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff were absolutely lovely and responsive to every need we had. They also gave us great tips on where to go, which really enhanced our trip. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and breakfast was varied and amazing – something for every taste. Our room was spacious, the bathroom looked brand new, and everything was beautifully decorated. All in all, a wonderful experience!

The country house features family rooms and facilities for disabled guests. If you a re looking for a quiet place to stay close to Madrid, this is the place. It is spacious, comfy and waking up to this view is priceless. The host is very helpful, the house is eqipped with all you need and the nature around the house is stunning.

The hotel’s spa includes a Hammam, sauna and contrast showers. There is also a relaxation area and treatment rooms. We got upgraded to a better room. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The location and scenery are beautiful. A real gem not to be missed. The attention to detail is excellent.

The accommodation provides a shared kitchen and private check-in and check-out for guests. Breakfast was not included, but we really enjoyed our stay at Spa los Balcones and will definitely be visiting there again in the future we would really recommend this to anyone who is visiting the area.
