The staff was so kind and accommodating. The resort was gorgeous. I loved how the kid's pool area was near another family-friendly pool, but if adults wanted their own pool time - they had options too.

The buffet restaurant in this hotel is THE BEST I've ever been to. The choice of food is incredible, I often couldn't decide what to eat because everything looked so good. And not only is there a lot of food, but it is also of very high quality.

Honestly, I have stayed in a lot of hotels in my life. 5 star hotel around the world and I can honestly say, Hotel batonico & Oriental Spa , is the best one. It's simply beautiful. The garden is amazing,. It's so nice they could actually charge people to view it. The hotel itself is lush, roomy corridors and rooms, immaculately decorated. The Breakfast is in a class of its own.....they actually have champagne on ice, with fresh orange juice on the side for a morning bucks fizz! And the selection of food is fresh, tastey and cooked to perfection. With lots of healthy and vegetarian options. The pool and spa area is amazing. The workers are a delight! So warm and welcoming, very attentive. Just perfect. I would go every single year if I could. Which leads me to the price...OK, so it's not the cheapest hotel, BUT it is definitely worth the cost, if not more. Love, love , love it

Breakfast was amazing. The staff were brilliant and super friendly. The sunbed booking system was brilliant and so efficient. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the app notification letting you know when your room was cleaned is next level. The gym and pool fitness classes were great fun. Such an amazing place. Will definitely be back.

María Isabel, die Vermieterin, ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Dame. Ihr Apartment Marina Beach ist sehr sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, das Badezimmer ebenfalls. Auf der bequemen Matratze schlief ich sehr gut. Morgens habe ich auf dem Balkon mit Meerblick gefrühstückt.

Diese Hotel ist in jeder Beziehung top, vor allem hervorzuheben ist die ausgezeichnete und gesunde Küche, das angenehme und freundliche Personal, auch die Hotelanlage ist großzügig und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Wir waren begeistert und kommmen gerne wieder.
