Breakfast was extremely tasty, and what a treat, no strange coffee machines with third-class coffee, but very good filter coffee, which was poured by the waitress. There is a lot of staff who are very attentive to your needs. the guest feels like a king! Thank you for the delicious surprise for my 50th birthday!

The residents lounge is lovely and Hannah and Teng are so friendly and helpful . Rooms are spacious , spotless and so comfortable . Turndown service is a nice touch . We was lucky enough to be staying when the Christmas decorations went up and they are stunning . American bar is great and service excellent . We finished off with Sunday Lunch at the Savoy Grill and it was superb. Fantastic stay and one we shall repeat
