Around the clock guidance is available at the reception, where staff speak Arabic, German, English and Spanish. Absolutely amazing hotel. Full stop. I have stayed in many 5-star hotels and this one, in terms of the room in particular, matches or exceeds them all. As others have noted, the Art’otel team seem to have though of every little detail in order to make you stay as high quality as possible. The breakfast is worth a special mention. It’s simply amazing quality. It’s not a buffet, but the three courses will set you up exceptionally well for the day. Location is also excellent — it’s only a brief 5-minute walk to Old Street station, which will whisk you into central London in a couple of stops. Alternatively, you can take a longer but enjoyable walk down to Liverpool Street station and jump on there, or carry on walking and take yourself into the City. I could write a lot more about all the little details that make this hotel so impressive, but will stop here and simply urge you to come and see for yourself. You won’t regret it!

Guests can enjoy stylish accommodation with a spa, signature dining and rooms with views of the River Thames and The O2. Very well appointed room with very comfortable bed. There had been a problem with my initial reservation but the reception cleared it up very quickly.
