Since our flight was really late, we arrived after midnight and we had no problem to enter the building and our apartment ourselves. It took down one stress factor for me. The possibility to arrive what ever time is suitable. And also the small details. For example they have umbrellas before you leave the house. You can use it and then take it back. It was raining one day, so it came really handy. We had water in the room. Again, we arrived so late, that we did not have time to go to shop and we were really thirsty. The kitchen was well equipped. I just loved this place. My favorite place to stay in London. The room was really clean and had enough space for two. And the kitchen to make yourself a cup of tea.

The area is great, very closed to the tube and a lot of cafes and restaurants. The hotel is very modern and the restaurant is great.

I really like from A to Z! Location was excellent for tourist who are travelling from shopping to entertaining theaters and food lover(Chinese, Italian...Asian, American etd). Also Metro station all around. Regarding Hotel "In"- very Modern and Unique from lightning to seat in the rest room with warming up to flashing!!!

Welcome at reception, very nicely decorated throughout, room spotlessly clean, bed super comfy, hospitality tray in bedroom excellent quality and choices & fresh milk in the fridge. Just a shame I was there on my own and for only 1 night.

Fantastic conversion that celebrates the old with the new. I like the dark corridors, although lots of others did not. Short taxi into town and beautiful place to relax and stay. Rooms are outstanding
