The shower and bath were excellent, the place had a beautiful aesthetic and was decorated very well, and the staff were very friendly. Most hotels these days are too modern looking and lack character but this guest house is absolutely stunning and I'm happy that it's original elegant appearance was kept intact.

A beautiful hotel in a stunning location. The room was nice, spacious, clean and nicely furnished. The bed was also very comfortable, and we were provided with a kettle, tea and coffee. We also had dinner which is served till 8:30, and the meal was delicious. The breakfast was great as well and with a variety of options. We also had the opportunity to go for a walk nearby with breathtaking views of the river and the Falls of Clyde. Highly recommended.

A landmark hotel in Scotland’s biggest, most vibrant city, Glasgow’s Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel and Spa combines the elegance of a stately 19th-century Georgian townhouse with the luxe modern... That was by far the best hotel I ever stayed. We arrived super early at Glasgow, but one of the receptionist arranged a room for us, which was super early comparing to the check in time, but he was so kind to check that for us, which never happened before in 10 years as a traveller. The bedroom was so comfortable and clean, the bath in the bedroom was lovely and I can’t even describe how lovely was the spa facilities! 10/10

Located on the shores of Loch Lomond within the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, Cameron House is a 20-minute drive from Glasgow Airport. The gorgeous historic building, the friendly staff who went above and beyond (Natalie), the restaurant dinner had an incredible view and delicious food, but our favorite the absolutely lovely room and the tranquil setting was the perfect first stop on our Scotland trip. We landed in Edinburgh, walked and shopped the Royal Mile, toured the castle and then hit the road to get out of the city. We were exhausted when we arrived, but are so much more refreshed after our night at the Gleddoch.
