They smash amd get flat which makes the sleep and watching tv on bed Very unconfortable

The staff at this hotel truly went above and beyond! From the doorman to the check-in lady, everyone was exceptional. The hotel itself is modern and perfect, with beautiful art throughout. The cleaning staff were friendly, and the bar area staff were amazing. We were particularly impressed with the luggage handling - our bags were dropped off in our rooms before check-in, and two gentlemen helped us with our luggage to the car for our Uber. The hotel room was modern, the bathroom was clean and lovely, and the staff were always willing to go the extra mile to sort out any issues. Overall, our experience was exceptional in every way.

Occupying levels 34-52, the Shangri-La Hotel The Shard, London offers 5-star luxury and breathtaking views of the capital and beyond. It features an exquisite restaurant and serves cocktails until late at the highest bar in London. Beautiful room,fantastic view. One of the best I have had in 50 years of travelling.

Overlooking Kensington Palace and Gardens, this intimate hotel is just 10 minutes' walk from leafy Hyde Park and the Royal Albert Hall. The staff were outstanding. Lovely room and excellent breakfast. We loved this hotel and will definitely return!
