The staff was terrific, the hotel is in a perfect location, the rooms were spacious and spotless. I was there with a group and we all had a great time. The breakfasts were great and the beds very comfy. It is exceptionally easy to get to Heathrow from Guildford on the RailAir express bus, so we each could leave the hotel according to our flight times.
