On arrival there were complimentary snacks and drinks which was very hospitable of the host. It was very clean, comfortable and spacious for our family. The apartment was warm and had a pleasant atmosphere. The kitchen area had everything that was required and this was very helpful. Very grateful to have access to Netflix for our movie night!

The room was comfortable, the decor was gorgeous, cleanliness was 10/10, the staff were professional, inviting and helpful, the breakfast was brilliant, we enjoyed a cocktail in the sky bar, the lift was quickly fixed after it wasn't in service, the foyer is stunning and the on site restaurants provided a nice variety of quality food, the spa was beautiful and the pool clean and well maintained, all the spa facilities were working properly and the touch of free drinks was lovely.

Amazing location next to the canal with bars and restaurants and opposite the Merry Hill shopping centre. It was an amazing room on the 4th floor ( I love it), and the view was absolutely incredible. Good and big gym and a very good SPA with sauna, streaming room, big jacuzzi, and a big pool ... Smiling staff and helpful. I really enjoyed it. We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The property, dating back to the 13th century, is stunning and full of character. It’s set in a beautiful, lush, and green area that offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were very professional and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Dinner was fantastic, Apo was a wonderful host at the restaurant and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Also Pedro was a great host making our first day very enjoyable. Truly loved everything about our stay.

This independent and individual hotel has a restaurant with 2 AA Rosettes and a large adult fitness club with spa. The rooms include complimentary membership to the Fairlawns Gym.
