Well equipped, lovely property, very clean and tidy. Communication was great from Samina. We were well informed. Spacious property, so kids were very comfortable. Location was good. Friendly service. Samina replied very swiftly to all our queries. She also recommended us some great places for kids activities and restaurants. She was generous to give us extra time for check out. Amazing location next to the canal with bars and restaurants and opposite the Merry Hill shopping centre. It was an amazing room on the 4th floor ( I love it), and the view was absolutely incredible. Good and big gym and a very good SPA with sauna, streaming room, big jacuzzi, and a big pool ... Smiling staff and helpful. I really enjoyed it. Make my bank holiday weekend fabulous, and I will be back again for sure. Thank you.
