First, the rooms are very unique and special. Each room has a different theme, which the administrator told us about. There are no boring rooms that look like every other hotel room. The breakfast was small but cute and delicious. The only thing missing was fresh bread! :D But the best part of the hotel is the staff. We often stay in hotels, but I have never encountered such a wonderful team. They felt like family to us—always helpful, quick to respond, and always smiling and joking. This is true not just for one person, but for everyone who works there! It was even a little bit sad to leave because of these kind-hearted people. You will never find this level of staff anywhere else. I truly wish them all the best and hope that every guest has the same experience.

Nur einen 2-minütigen Spaziergang vom Skilift entfernt begrüßen Sie die New Gudauri Apartments und bieten kostenfreies WLAN. Location is excellent, literally next to the supermarket SPAR and Mr Michael is super helpful during my whole trip . He assisted me with my request all the time and showing me around ,share information regarding Gudauri. Even when I finished my stay he also helped me to store my luggage. Thanks for his great hospitality I have enjoyed my stay.
