Staff is so pleasant and helpful. Drove us to the ski lift despite arriving after the shuttle time. Very accommodating. Hotel quiet and veds super comfortable. Room had a lively balcony too.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! The location is absolutely perfect — just a short walk from the gondola lift, with everything you need nearby. The apartment itself is super cozy and comfortable. The beds were incredibly soft and made for a great night’s sleep after a day on the slopes. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook our own meals, and the bathroom was clean, modern, and well-stocked with fresh towels and toiletries. One of the highlights was definitely the view from the window — waking up to those stunning mountain views was unforgettable. Communication with the host was also excellent. They were very friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Gudauri — it truly exceeded my expectations!

We absolutely loved the vibrant atmosphere of the apartment and its excellent location. The space is quite spacious, even for three people. The stay was phenomenal. The room is spacious, clean and has amenities for even the longest stay. It's a cozy apartment, almost like home. Not to mention how central it is to everything. The best haunts, the gondola is a 2 minute walk and one can literally ski right to the doorstep! Iryna, the host and Zuzhuna the caretaker are very friendly and helpful and catered to every request promptly. Heater, hot water, washing machine, everything in perfect working order.
