We stayed at the Ambassadori for 3 nights. Check in was a smooth and pleasurable process thanks to Salome. When you check in so smooth and helpful you know you are in for a treat during your stay. Every single person from the reception to helpdesk to cleaning staff to breakfast staff was very kind and helpful. I was very pleased with the stay. The staff is super nice and helpful, available 24/7. The building is modern and i like the facility. The rooms looked good and were comfortable. We stayed in Alliance hotel our final night in Tbilisi. The property is lovely, homey, cozy , super clean. Breakfast was lovely and there was an option to order lunch etc and it was all delicious Most of all - people who work in that hotel are truly humble and incredibly kind. One can tell they put their heart and soul in their work! I managed to break my ankle during the trip and staff went above and beyond trying to make me feel more comfortable!
