The rooms are well soundproofed, so it was nice and quiet at night. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever tried at a hotel, and the pillow menu was a great bonus: you can choose from different types of pillows, and the ones we picked (firm and soft) were perfect. The rooftop restaurant has a great view of the Acropolis, which makes breakfast feel special. There was a good variety of breakfast options, and everything suited our taste. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Before we arrived, they sent us links to tours they offer (with discounts). Definitely worth checking out, we really enjoyed the ones we chose. They also assist with transport bookings. If you're arriving by boat, I’d recommend booking your transfer through the site they suggest, the drivers follow the ferry schedules and are aware of delays, which made our arrival stress-free. All in all, a romantic hotel with friendly staff, comfy rooms, and even a spa (which I didn’t get to try this time, but will next time I visit!).

The rooftop view and breakfast were just perfect – really rich and tasty, with a gluten-free option available upon request. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We had no problem leaving our luggage at the hotel until the room was ready, as we arrived before check-in time. A welcome drink and a truffle were waiting for us in the room – such a sweet gesture. The room itself was really nice. The kids loved the pool, and we enjoyed it too – it’s not big, but it’s exactly what you need after a long day of exploring historical sites. The location is excellent, very close to all major attractions – no need for public transport, you can walk everywhere. There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby. This part of Athens had a great vibe for us.

The staff were amazing when dealing with difficult customers, I witnessed a situation and the staff took care of the customer professionally, calmly and politely.
