The facilities were excellent, the location was perfect, and the overall organization of the hotel was impressive. The breakfast buffet was rich and delicious, with a wide variety of options. Although parking can be challenging in the city, the hotel provided convenient solutions that made everything hassle-free. Overall, it is a hotel I would wholeheartedly and unreservedly recommend to anyone — everything was simply exceptional

They upgraded us to a room with a balcony and sea view so we also had a beautiful view. Quality breakfast, with various options and very tasty. Very good location, in 5 minutes walk you can reach the port, the center anywhere. We could park the car on the street without any problems and it is free. Very friendly staff always. We had a car breakdown and the gentleman at the reception did everything he could to help us. I recommend the hotel and we will definitely stay again.

The rooms were beautiful and clean. The facilities were family friendly and lots of fun. It was a great visit for us and we would totally come back again!

There are also a sauna and a hammam. Children enjoy their own pools, game rooms and playground. There is a baby room with toys and a kids’ club and a teenagers’ club are at disposal of younger guests, with daily activities planned for them. I love Crete and Creta Maris, the hotel is beyond my expectations. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Our family had a great time here.
